Our certification is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 40 CCE hours. Through our certification, ICF coaches receive 21 core competency hours and 19 resource development hours upon completion.

Virtual Live Session Programs: The virtual Smart Growth Certification programs are a powerful way to earn your certification from the comfort of your home or office. | $3,800
In-person Live Session Programs: Smart Growth Certification in-person sessions are our signature offerings, intentionally emphasizing cohort and network building that occurs when we are able to be together in-person. Included in the program cost are three lunches. Of note, the pre and post work are still completed asynchronously online. Travel, accommodations, and meals not listed above are not included in the program fee. | $5,000
Deep dive into the concepts of disruption and Smart Growth via our online, asynchronous Smart Growth Course.
10 hours + reading Smart Growth and Disrupt Yourself
Join us live (either in-person or virtually depending on the program) for an experiential learning course to integrate the concepts, apply them to real-world situations, and build a community.
Consolidate your learnings through asynchronous assessments and application, including coaching 3 clients, team members, or volunteers in Smart Growth and the S Curve Insight Tool
