Some of my followers on different media platforms asked that I consider recording a live coaching session, and air it on the Disrupt Yourself Podcast. I was intrigued by the idea, but I needed to locate the proverbial “guinea pig”— someone who was willing to go under the microscope with their career questions and concerns and humbly be prodded, poked and advised about their personal strengths and weaknesses in a fairly public forum.
