Disruption Advisors is a cutting edge, high growth, tech enabled leadership development company thatactivates engagement and growth in leaders, teams, and organizations through our proprietary research and frameworks around human growth and development with our S Curve ™ utilizing our insight tool, workshops, courses, executive coaching, strategy and more. 

We need an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, maintain customer satisfaction, create new solutions from existing clients to grow our impact and troubleshoot any challenges they encounter. Ultimately, an Account Manager oversees client success: contracts, and scopes to ensure deliverables are being met, client satisfaction and engagement with our suite of services and products and manages renewals and upselling opportunities (with our development team).

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Work closely with project lead consultant
  • Travel up to three times per quarter


  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Managers, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to multi-task multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining acute attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Warm and personable demeanor with ability to build rapport with stakeholders


  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
  • Paid Holidays
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Possibility for additional pay in the form of bonuses
