My job is to help lead organizations to productively navigate change at the intersection of individual growth and organizational disruption. My typical workday involves collaborating with clients and potential clients to understand how their teams are experiencing change and explore realistic ways in which we can help make that more positive moving forward.
What is your favorite part about working at Disruption Advisors?
My favorite part of working at DA is seeing the team’s client-first dedication and our unique model pay off in “hero moments” for our partners when engagements lead to successful outcomes, precisely as they had hoped.
Tell me about you. What are your passions, hobbies, and interests?
I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking with our dogs (Maple and Moxie), and visiting state parks in Virginia.
