Describe your role at Disruption Advisors. What does your typical workday look like?
I work across the operations and sales teams. My days are filled with anything from process creation and optimization to supporting the contracting and invoicing process and even supporting the HR and people development side of the business. One of my favorite aspects of my role is how much variety exists in my day-to-day projects, giving me the opportunity to explore and dive into both the overall strategy and day-to-day intricacies of the business.
What is your favorite part about working at Disruption Advisors?
The people and environment! My main goal at this stage of my career has been to build a diverse skill set while absorbing as much industry knowledge as possible. Working with this team in this environment continues to allow me to do just that while feeling both valued and challenged. It’s inspiring and motivating to collaborate with and learn from a team of such passionate, qualified, and experienced people who prioritize growth by consistently seeking opportunities to be challenged and expand their expertise and impact.
Tell me about you. What are your passions, hobbies, and interests?
I love spending time outside doing really just about any activity, especially if it is near or on a body of water. My free time is usually spent playing pickleball, golfing (or trying to, hah!), going on walks, and spending time with my friends. I’m always open to exploring new hobbies or activities!
