Describe your role at Disruption Advisors. What does your typical workday look like?
I am the lead coach and facilitator at Disruption Advisors. I am an executive coach, and I also facilitate workshops, trainings, and the certification program. Part of my role is to help build out the products and services around the S Curve and Smart Growth Framework. At the core, my day is about asking great questions.
What is your favorite part about working at Disruption Advisors?
I love helping people tap into possibility and grow into their next selves. It is fun working in a fast-paced environment where possibility is everywhere and everyone is passionate about the work we do.
Tell me about you. What are your passions, hobbies, and interests?
I am a big movie buff and also an avid fly fisherman. I love to be out in the mountains on a hike, in the water catching fish (or at least trying to), or in a dark movie theater being transported into a great story! I also spend much of my time keeping up with my outgoing and energetic seven-year-old daughter.
